Code of Ethics of Collège St-Jean-Vianney
Collège St-Jean-Vianney, in compliance with the Act to strengthen the protection of students (2024, chapter 9), has adopted a code of ethics that applies to all its staff as well as any person in contact with minor or disabled students. This law, which came into effect on March 5, 2025, requires all educational institutions, public or private, to adopt a code of ethics to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Objectives of the code of ethics
- This code aims to establish clear principles of conduct and to guide the actions of anyone interacting with our students.
- It covers essential aspects such as the prevention of acts of sexual violence and the protection of students’ rights.
- Every staff member must not only abide by this code but also actively participate in promoting a healthy and respectful school environment.
