At Collège St-Jean-Vianney, every secondary student takes part in the Daily Activities Program (DAP), integrated directly into the school schedule.
This special time allows each student to be active, discover, express themselves, and push their limits through activities chosen based on their interests.

The Multidisciplinary Program
The multidisciplinary program offers a variety of activities allowing students to discover several disciplines throughout the school year. Students must make one choice that they will practice on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and a second choice for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Option to choose two activities;
- Integrated into the student's schedule during class hours;
- Included in the Daily Activities Program fees.
Concentrations and Academies
For students who wish to go further, the College offers several concentrations, each supervised by a specialized professional and, in the case of sports, a kinesiologist.
Concentrations allow young people to train more intensively, participate in competitions or artistic events in their field, all while receiving individualized support.
- For elite sport and to allow students to specialize;
- Take place during DAP periods and in the evening;
- Some concentrations can be combined;
- Concentration fees vary by discipline and are added to the base DAP cost.

This program offers both cultural and sports activities! Through games, challenges, and small matches, you can discover several sports and activities.
Regardless of your multi choice, certain periods will be dedicated to exploring multisport activities.
This program is particularly recommended for students who:
- want to explore several areas before specializing;
- enjoy learning by moving, creating, and collaborating.

Registration Details
The multidisciplinary program is an integral part of the DAP. All secondary students must enroll in it if they do not choose a concentration.

Concentrations
and Academies
At Collège St-Jean-Vianney, students who wish to fully invest in a discipline can choose a concentration or a specialized academy, integrated into the Daily Activities Program (DAP).
These pathways allow students to develop a high level of competence, engage in concrete projects, and evolve in a stimulating, structured environment supervised by specialists.
What is a concentration?
A concentration* is an in-depth program, offered through DAP periods, in addition to evening training sessions. Concentrations allow students to develop expertise in a field throughout the entire school year.
*Additional fees are added to the base DAP cost, depending on the concentration chosen. See the student life brochure for pricing details.
*The schedules for the Science Academy and the Fine Arts Academy differ from other programs. Enrolled students participate on average each year in 36 periods integrated into the schedule and specialized in the chosen discipline. These academies can be combined with the multidisciplinary program or another concentration.
Registration Details
Registration for concentrations and academies begins each year in early June and must be done directly on the parent portal.
- Important! For certain concentrations, tryout camps are required before registration.
