Sports Activities at CSJV
At CSJV, sports are an integral part of student life — it's much more than just an activity: it's the very DNA of our institution. We firmly believe that a healthy mind thrives in an active body, which is why physical activity is embedded at the heart of our students' daily lives.

Cultivating the joy of movement:
high-level and accessible
sports facilities
Whether through our Daily Activities Program, interscholastic teams, or lunchtime activities, CSJV's sports facilities are numerous, varied, and accessible.
Moreover, the student life team and the student council organize activities during lunch periods. Students can take advantage of the facilities and gather with friends while enjoying the pleasure of being active.
Daily Activities Program (DAP)
Here, all students participate in the Daily Activities Program (DAP), integrated directly into the school schedule. This daily time allows them to be active, discover, express themselves, or specialize in a discipline they are passionate about.
The DAP reflects our commitment to developing well-rounded, motivated, and curious young people in an active and stimulating living environment.

Did you know?
A CSJV student can be part of a concentration and also join an interscholastic team in a different discipline in the evening.
The concentration and interscholastic sport are two paths that can complement each other: the first is part of the class schedule, while the second allows students to represent our colours (the Dragons) in after-school competitions. Students can therefore practice their favourite sport twice or play two different sports at the College!
Please note that access to certain interscholastic teams requires participation in tryout sessions (selection camp).
Important: interscholastic sports teams are not part of the Daily Activities Program.

Interscholastic sports: thriving as a team
Our interscholastic teams, proudly known as the Dragons, offer students the opportunity to push their limits, develop teamwork, and fully embrace the College's identity.
Our teams participate in various regional leagues and interscholastic competitions, depending on the sport and level. The College provides coaching, sports facilities, and follow-up support.
Important: interscholastic sports teams are not part of the Daily Activities Program or the Concentrations and Academies. Visit these pages for more information on these different elements of the CSJV pathway.

Being a Dragon means:
representing your College with honour;
learning to manage your emotions through effort and competition;
developing transferable skills for the classroom: discipline, leadership, resilience.
